If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
To initiate an item, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, product model number and problem / reason for return and we will promptly get back to you with instructions of how to proceed.
Our return policy is limited to 7 days from the date of purchase and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
An exception to this would be if the item received was defective or the wrong item. In this case, OpenBox.ca would refund / cover return shipping costs.
PLEASE NOTE: When placing your order, please be aware that we can only ship to an address that matches that of the billing address. Any orders that do not comply with this will be cancelled and a refund issued. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
If an item is listed as store pick-up only, we will email you just as soon as it's ready to collect from your chosen location.
