Our Warranty Policy

All products are covered by our 1-year OpenBox warranty, unless otherwise stated.


What DOES the OpenBox Warranty cover?:

✓ Technical, hardware or software issues that are not caused by the user and occur of their own accord.

What DOESN’T the OpenBox warranty cover?:

✗ Any physical damage caused by the user such as scratched or cracked screens, unsupported software/operating system installations, water damage, liquid contact, user error, exposure to extreme temperatures, misuse or acts of nature.


Once we have reviewed your warranty claim, our staff and technicians will assess the damage and if we find the issue to be out of the customers control, we will either repair or replace the product.

Please be sure to store your sales receipt somewhere safe as we will need to refer to this when assessing a potential claim.
